DDR4\u3002<\/p>\n<p> \u9996\u5ea6\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u6709DDR4-2133\u30012400\u30012666\u82072800\u901f\u5ea6\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u6a21\u7d44\uff0c\u55ae\u689d\u5bb9\u91cf\u67094GB\u30018GB\u300116GB\u8207\u6700\u65b032GB\u7248\u672c\uff0c\u8cb7\u7684\u6642\u5019\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u662fUDIMM\u6216RDIMM\uff0c\u6700\u65b0\u9ad8\u901f\u7248DDR4\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u6a21\u7d44\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u5230\u4e86DDR4-3000\u8207DDR4-3200<\/p>\n<p> color=\"#FF0000\">DRAM\u5373\u5c07\u6539\u671d\u63db\u4ee3\uff0cDRAM\u5ee0\u53ca\u6a21\u7d44\u5ee0\u90fd\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u6436\u5403\u65b0\u5546\u6a5f\u3002<\/font><\/p>\n<p> \u5e02\u5834\u77da\u76ee<br \/> \u3010\u8303\u4e2d\u8208\u2571\u53f0\u5317\u5831\u5c0e\u3011\u82f1\u7279\u723e\u5e74\u5e95\u524d\u5c07\u63a8\u652f\u63f4DDR4\u7684Haswell-E\u8655\u7406\u5668\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u9810\u671f\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u5c07\u6539\u671d\u63db\u4ee3\uff0c\u4e09\u661f\u3001SK\u6d77\u529b\u58eb\u5df2\u5c0f\u91cf\u751f\u7522<br \/> 3\uff0c\u7b2c3\u4ee3\u96d9\u500d\u8cc7\u6599\u50b3\u8f38\uff09\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u6210\u96fb\u8166\u8a2d\u5099\u6a19\u6e96\u5f8c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u9010\u6f38\u7121\u6cd5\u6eff\u8db3\u5de5\u696d\u8207\u5546\u696d\u61c9\u7528\u9ad8\u6548\u80fd\u9700\u6c42<br \/> \u96fb\u5b50\u8a2d\u5099\u5de5\u7a0b\u806f\u5408\u59d4\u54e1\u6703JEDEC\u57282012\u5e74\u5236\u5b9a\u51fa\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3DDR4 DRAM\uff08Dynamic Random Access DDR4\u3002<br \/> \u91d1\u58eb\u9813\u7522\u54c19\u6708\u63a8<\/p>\n<p> \u570b\u969bDRAM\u5ee0\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e09\u661f\u3001SK\u6d77\u529b\u58eb\u5df2\u63a8\u51fa\u591a\u6642\uff0c\u4e26\u6301\u7e8c\u5c0f\u91cf\u751f\u7522\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e09\u661f\u65e5\u524d\u66f4\u5ba3\u5e03\u958b\u59cb\u91cf\u7522\u696d\u754c\u9996\u898b\u7684TSV\uff08Through-Silicon Via\uff0c\u76f4\u901a\u77fd\u7a7f\u5b54\uff09\u5c01\u88dd\u7684DDR4\uff0c\u6436\u653b\u66f4\u9ad8\u968e\u61c9\u7528\u3002<br \/> \u81f3\u65bc\u6a21\u7d44\u5ee0\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u91d1\u58eb\u9813\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u63a8\u51faDDR4\u6a21\u7d44\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4Predator\uff0c\u7522\u54c19\u6708\u554f\u4e16\uff0cPredator\u5c07\u63a816GB\u76844\u689d\u88dd\u5957\u7d44\uff0c\u6642\u8108\u67092133
