Cutting Optimization Pro 5.9.5.7

Cutting Optimization Pro is a software application used to obtain optimal cutting layouts for one (1D) and two (2D) dimensional pieces. The software also lets you to define and handle complex products, such as table, desk, cupboard, locker, book shelf … Cutting Optimization Pro can be used for cutting rectangular sheets made of glass, wood, woodworking, metal, furniture, or any other material used by industrial applications.

Features of Cutting Optimization pro …
1D and 2D optimization in the same cutting program – you may use the program for both 2D and 1D optimization.
Guillotine optimization – The cuts are performed from one side to the other of the material. This feature is very useful for glass, wood, thermopan, …
Non-guillotine (nested) optimization – The cutting machine can follow the shape of the material. In this case you need to have a complex machine based on laser or flame blade.
Multi-stage guillotine – all cuts in a stage are perpendicular to the cuts on the previous stage. The user may specify the number of stages and the direction of cuts for the first stage.
Any number of pieces in the INVENTORY and DEMAND – virtually no limit for the number of pieces that you want to optimize.
Any measurement metric- The way in which you introduce the data is a general one. You don't have to specify a metric. Just choose a metric in your mind and enter all data using that metric only.
Fractional input. Pieces can be introduced either as 100.5 or 100 1/2. More info about fractional input can be read here.
Adjustable cutting blade thickness- For glass cutting with diamond the cutting blade thickness is 0, but for wood, metal handling you need a saw with a greater thickness.
Adjustable optimization level- One may specify how many layouts to be generated before the solution is outputted. If you don't have too much time and you don't have a good computer you may set the Optimization Level to a low level. This feature helps you to run your program on any kind of computer (from 486 to the best processors available today).
Maximal cut length limit – You may specify how long a cut can be. This is useful when you perform the cuttings manually.
Adjustable useful waste – all wastes smaller than this size are garbage (will not be added to repository).
Adjustable limit for breakable parts – No waste will have a size lower than this parameter and no 2 parallel cuts will be closer than this. It is used in order to avoid the breaking of too small material. Useful in glass industry.
Reduces panel waste and costs – By using the latest achievements in the field of Artificial Intelligence you may obtain reduce the waste by 15%.
Grain direction control – useful for wood cutting optimisation. A parameter let the user to specify if the piece can be rotated or it should be kept fixed.
Automatic offcuts handling – the useful waste is automatically added to the Inventory of materials.
Vertical printing of the labels and edge bands – this will optimise and simplify your layout.
Graphical display black-white or colourful images and text mode of the obtained results – the results are displayed as images (black and white or colourful) or as text-tables.
Save images automatically – all the obtained 2D sheets can be saved as bmp images with 1 click. The programs automatically appends a number to an image.
Copy-paste from Excel. Just select some columns from Excel and paste them in Demand or Inventory grids.
Grouping similar layouts – this will reduce the number of printed sheets of paper. The number of repetitions for each sheet will be displayed.
Magnifying a sheet. This is useful if you have a long roll which you can visualize it by magnifying it.
Printing the obtained layouts – on any printer.
Printing multiple layouts on the same page – You may print 1, 2, 4 or 6 layouts on the same sheet of paper.
Printing the REPOSITORY and the DEMAND of the customer – you may print the pieces that you want to optimize.
The cuts are shown in text format in order to use them with a CNC machine.
Edge banding handling – the quantity and the type of material attached to the edges of the wood sheets is manipulated by the program.
Computes / Prints the total cutting length.
Displays diagrams – a table which contain the pieces cut for each sheet.
Possibility to define complex products such as table, desk, cupboard, locker, book shelf …
Possibility to define types of materials (glass, wood, band) – for each material the user has a special table where it can introduce more information about the material.
Automatic tool for computing the size of the pieces based on the external sizes of the product.
Statistics related to the current cut / layout- At the end of the optimisation process you will have access to the: number of cuts, cuts definition (starting and ending point), number of waste rectangles, the waste rectangles (the coordinates of the top-left and bottom-right corners), number of utilized pieces, the placement of the utilized pieces, used surface, …
Saves/loads results – All results can saved in txt files and loaded later.
Generates and prints adhesive labels –
Load data from xml, *.dbt (specific files), *.2d (Real Cut 2D files), *.xls (Excel files), *.csv (comma separated) and *.1d (Real Cut 1D files).
Automatically computing of the order price –

Audiovisual Effects

Resolume supports both VST audio effects and FreeFrameGL (FFGL) video effects. Use them separately or combine them to create exciting new audiovisual effects. You can use as many effects as you like on clips, layers, the entire composition and even as adjustment layers.

3D OpenGL Accelerated Compositing

Freely position, scale and rotate your clips and layers or even the entire composition. The entire video engine is running on the video card's GPU so you can use alpha channels and masks and get the fastest performance and best image quality possible.

Global BPM Tempo

Everything can be linked to the global (Beats Per Minute) tempo to create a fully synchronized audiovisual performance. Automatically pitch the audio and video and synchronize parameter automation. Use the beat snap function to trigger clips in sync with the beat.

MIDI & OSC

Use MIDI from any device or software to control the entire interface. Send MIDI out so your MIDI device will light up pretty buttons or even move motorized faders. Want more precision & flexibility? Resolume can receive OSC (Open Sound Control) messages too! OSC enables you to control resolume from an iPad or iPhone using TouchOSC.

Auto Pilot

With the Auto Pilot you can play all clips in a layer sequentially or in random order. You'll find this on the Layer Properties panel and in the clip menu.

Clip Transitions

When you're triggering clips in version 3 it always makes a hard cut between the clips. With the clip transitions in version 4 you can automatically fade between clips. It's super nice and easy to use, just set the transition time with the slider on the layer and optionally choose what blend mode or transition you want to use with the dropdownlistbox. This can make your style a lot smoooother.

Effect Clips

With Effect Clips you can work with effects like you can with normal clips. This means you can trigger them with the keyboard or midi controller. Sequence with the Auto Pilot and automatically cross-fade with the Clip Transitions. This is a whole new way of working with effects and we love it.

Clip Reconnect

If you have moved the media files on your hard drive or even moved the composition and files to a different computer you can now easily point Resolume to the new location of the files and it will fix your composition and decks.

Native Blackmagic Capture Support

All Blackmagic Design capture cards are supported right out of the box. All DeckLink, Intensity and UltraStudio capture devices work great as input devices for Resolume on Mac OS X and Windows. (* Please note: the BlackMagic Video Recorder H264 dongle and video output are not supported)

Audio Analysis

Resolume can do audio FFT analysis to make any parameter bounce to the music. Animate the size, rotation or position of a clip or make effects dance to the beat.

Crossfader

Assign any layer to the A or B bus of the crossfader and mix it just like you do on a DJ mixer but now with audio AND video.

Output and Preview Monitors

With the preview monitor you preview a clip or layer and configure it so it looks and sounds just the way you like it before you play it.

With the powerful contact database we have, the people you email often can be placed into groups and categories, which can function as the various mailing lists you use. With categories, one contact can be on as many different specialized lists as you would choose to create.

When you send to a group of contacts, you aren't forced to use the Blind Copy field to keep email addresses private. You can also choose to use our mail merge features instead, similar to the merge features with Microsoft Word for paper letters. Insert some fields into your email, select the recipients, and Intellect will create an individual, personalized message for each person you are sending the message to, addressed directly to them, and looking like a one-to-one message directly from you.

5) Your data, including email messages, can be shared or synchronized

Intellect is network ready, so you can share databases or mailboxes with other users on your network. You can even pick and choose which databases you want to share, if you want to keep some of the databases personal for you.

Intellect also has an option to "Sync with removable media" to take a copy of your data and email with you or to merge your changes back when you return. No longer will you have to be at a particular machine to read and answer your email!

FlipCreator is a digital publishing software that allows you to create realistic page-turning e-Publications including E-Book, E-Magazine, E-Brochures, E-Catalogs, E-Reports, E-Newsletters. Convert PDF and images to digital publications directly. All links and table of contents will be imported into your publication automatically. You can add/edit/delete links and table of contents before publishing. Powerful features that fit your need. Easy to use.
With our easy to use interface, you can make a digital publication in a few mouse clicks! Even a new user, you can use FlipCreator within a couple of minutes without any special learning.

Add web links, email links, Goto page links to pages.
Hyperlinks can be inserted into any pages. It can be placed in any position with any size, of cause, you can also adjust it's position and size with drag-drop operations.

Add audio for page or background.
You can specify a audio for background. When reader opens the digital publication, the audio will be played automatically. You can also specify audio for each page. When reader turns to the involved page, the audio will be played.

Import table of contents from pdf, or Create it by yourself.
FlipCreator supports analyzing and importing table of contents from PDF files. After that, you can edit the imported table of contents. If you want to create it by yourself, instead of importing from PDF, or your PDF does not contain a table of contents, FlipCreator can help you to create table of contents for your digital publication.

Add bookmarks for you readers.
You can add bookmarks for some important pages. All your readers can see these bookmarks you define. On the other hand, FlipCreator also has the abiity to add bookmarks by your reader. But the differency is that these bookmarks are only visible to the person who create them.

Note: The bookmarks your reader created are saved into your reader's computer, so any other reader won't see it.

Generate Files for Search Engines.
FlipCreator can generate html files for search-engines to index. Once your submit one of these files to search engines, your publications will become searchable.

Show advertising banner to your readers.
You can add an advertising banner to the top of the "book". You can also add a intruction banner to the right hand side of the "book". The banner can be not only jpeg format, but also gif or flash animated banner.

An URL can be specified to the banner, when your readers click on the banner, the URL will be opened.

run FlipCreator from command line or your application.
The command line feature is provided for the advanced users. You can finish a publishing of digital publicaiton with command line. This feature allows you to call and run FlipCreator from command line or event your own application.

A digital publication can be created with the following command line: flipcreator D:PDFebook.pdf

Right click and publish in two cicks.
You don't need to start FlipCreator program. Just right click on PDF files in the Windows Explorer and select "Create digital publication with FlipCreator" menu item. The program will be started and the publishing of your digital publication will be finishing automatically.

FlipCreator is integrated into Windows Explorer, so you can finish a publishing with only 2 clicks.

Pdf995 Printer Driver v12.2

The Pdf995Suite is a combination of three of our products (Pdf995, PdfEdit995 and Signature995 ) providing an integrated solution for your document publishing needs. The Pdf995Suite is available as individual downloads so you can choose the level of functionality you desire. Pdf995 makes it easy and affordable to create professional-quality documents in the popular PDF file format. Its easy-to-use interface helps you to create PDF files by simply selecting the "print" command from any application, creating documents which can be viewed on any computer with a PDF viewer.

To create a PDF file:

Print a document from any application choosing the PDF995 printer from the printer dialog. Do NOT select "print to file." You will be prompted to enter the name of the PDF file you wish to create. The PDF will be automatically launched in Acrobat (pdfEdit995 may be used to configure this option).

The free version of PDF995 will display a sponsor page in your web browser each time you create a PDF file. If you would prefer not to see sponsor pages, you may download a license key for $9.95.

Resolume Arena 4.1.4

Arena 4 is the media server edition of Resolume. It takes all of Avenue 4, and adds Video Mapping, Soft Edging, DMX Control and SMPTE Playback so you can take on the big stage. Resolume 4 comes in 2 editions. Avenue is the VJ software you know and love, Arena has all the features of Avenue plus features you'd expect from a media server, soft edging, screen warping, DMX input and SMPTE timecode input.

DMX Input Arena
You can control Arena from a lighting desk using DMX. It works similar to MIDI so it's very easy to configure. Input can be done via ArtNet or an Enttec DMX USB Pro.

• You configure every layer to automatically start the first clip when the composition has loaded. This is very handy for installations where Resolume needs to start playing clips automatically in combination with the Auto Pilot.
• Ignore Column Trigger, prevents clip from being triggered when the column triggers are used.
• Scale to Fit button for clip now cycles through 4 modes, first it will scale taking into account ratio and fill to the hight or the width, then it will just match the composition size and the fourth time it's back to default, this also works when multiple clips are selected.

• New version of DXV Codec (2.2) compresses files faster by utilizing multiple processors.
• Invert checkbox for mouse mapped controls.
• Type ahead selection in File,Effect and Composition browser.
